Sisley St Saint Lucia

Description
Clients

The canvas for this renovation and extension was a 1904 Queenslander situated in the heart of Saint Lucia. This extension / renovation was designed by Elizabeth Watson Brown Architects and fully restored and extended by the skilled team of master carpenters and tradespeople at RAM Constructions Qld.

This completed project was a favourite the construction team and included a new lower level, fully renovated upper level, an L shaped extension including main bedroom and three boys rooms with loft studies all surrounding a landscaped courtyard concealing a 60,000 litre water storage facility. Connected to the extensive verandas is a garden room containing BBQ dining as well as an open fire place that overlooks thelandscaped gardens and pool area making it an entertainers dream.

It was as always a delight to work with the architects Elizabeth Watson Brown and Richard Buchanan and I feel the overall project including valued input from client Jane Hopkins resulted in a well-conceived and beautifully constructed family home.
