I have worked closely for many years now with Rob Hogerheyde and his great team at RAM Constructions on a number of high quality private residential projects including; St Lucia River Houses, St Lucia Boulevard House, Paddington Hill House, New farm Houses, Recent updating of our own family house. About eight months ago my family and i moved back into our home in St. Lucia after being out for just over a year for a major renovation. The builder was Ram Construction and the architect Elizabeth Watson-Brown. It is with great pleasure that we provide this reference for Ram Constructions. Whilst we were aware that doing a significant renovation can be extremely stressful and that many people do have significant fallings out with both architects and/or builders, I am pleased to say that our experience was overwhelmingly positive. What is obvious when you are working with Rob, Chris and the team from Ram Constructions is their absolute commitment to quality on every aspect of the Job right down to the smallest detail. This is where the real value of using such quality builders like Ram Constructions lies. The fact that Rob and Elizabeth Watson-Brown have worked together over many years on numerous projects is also a significant advantage. The teamwork between them is obvious and the beneficiary is the project. Rob runs a tight ship, his staff are all extremely well mannered, personable and professional. He and his brother Chris were never phased by any of the queries we threw at them and continued to impress with their excellent service and positive attitude generally. They showed great pride in the site; it was always kept clean and tidy and ``safe``. Whilst from time to time we had some frank discussions on pricing, Rob's honesty and integrity was always prevalent and gave us peace of mind that everything was on track. We have been back in our home for almost a year now and we are loving our new home!!! Both Marg and I would like to thank your company for the excellent job done on building our 'dream' home at fig tree pocket. We would like to give a special thanks to Rob Hogerheyde for the supervision he gave to the project as I am sure at some times frustration would have allowed others to develop a care free attitude which certainly was not shown by Rob.

The quality and finish of the house was exceptional and equal to any I had seen or built, with the building process achieved with a close working relationship between builder and client. The house design was complicated and not an easy build, but the final product is superb and a credit to Rob's ability and tenacity to successfully complete the project.

Rob Hogerheyde was the construction supervisor on our job from start to finish and was our prime point of contact. We were impressed with Rob's professional approach to the job, his attention to detail, quality control and his ability to get the job done with a minimum fuss. At all times rob was courteous and quite helpful with suggestions when we needed to make decisions on various issues from time to time.
